Q. What is the leadtime to receive a pair of prescription GUNNARS ordered online?
A. On average, each prescription order takes 4-6 weeks to receive after verifying your prescription.

Q. My prescription is really strong, can you still make it?
A.  The range is a general guideline (+4.00 to -8.00) and if your prescription falls within the range, there is a good chance it can be produced. If you submit an order and we find that it falls outside of our prescription capabilities, our customer service department will contact you to cancel the order and refund your money immediately.

Q. Can I return my prescription eyewear?
A. All sales are final on custom eyewear. This is why we ensure all of the information is accurate before we commence.
